Enjoy Joffrey's Teas for some Disney magic at home!
I can say with sincere honesty that I did not know much about the Joffrey's company before seeing them pop up as a coffee producer in Disney Parks. We immediately became vacation BFFs.
Without Joffrey's I wouldn't be able to make my way through 3am extra magic hours and then get up after a few hours to ensure a ride on Test Track at park opening.
At home however, I am not much of a coffee drinker. I am a tea girl! While I am being honest here I should admit... I am a complete tea snob. I love loose tea. Tea sachets are so convenient and the taste is so much better than tea bags that I gladly pay the upcharge for the loose-tea-in-a-tea-bag flavor.
I tried Joffrey's Black Currant loose and Earl Grey sachets this weekend (Thanks to Joffrey's for sending them to us to sample!) The teas were sweet and smooth in all the right ways. (similar to Harney & Sons) I was more than pleased to find out that I can get these varieties right in Disney Springs on my next trip to Walt Disney World! I cannot wait to enjoy my favorite drink (iced chai) on my trip and grab some tea to bring home for future enjoyment.

Wolfgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney
![]() |
Photo from www.orlandoflorida.net |
One of my absolute favorite places to eat in the Walt Disney
Resort is located in Downtown Disney (soon to be called Disney Springs), right
next to the Days of Christmas Shoppe.
It is an extension of the ever popular Wolfgang
Puck Restaurant located on the West side of Downtown Disney and is
essentially an “express” version of the popular restaurant chain. I am talking
about Wolfgang Puck Express.
This counter service dining location offers both inside and
outdoor seating. Their menu consists of soups, salads, pizzas, pastas,
sandwiches, & some really yummy desserts. They offer a great kids menu as
well as a breakfast menu. Once the food is ordered at the main counter, guests
can grab a drink and take their seat. Within a few minutes, their food is
brought to them by a server and get anything else that may be needed for this
wonderful meal.

Crispy Chicken Tenders with French Fries |
My favorite dish is the Cavatappi Chicken Alfredo. Gus really loves the Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf.

Above is the Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf that consists of Mashed Potatoes, Port Wine Sauce, & Crispy Onions. Below it is the Cavtappi Chick Alfredo which has Bacon, Baby Peas, and Parmesan. |
This casual dining location is guaranteed to have guests
leave content and satisfied with both the quality and portion of their meal.

Magical Moment Monday: One Family's Magical Musical Vacation
When Andrea (the Disney mom in the video) posted me a link to this adorable video over on our Facebook page I knew I wanted to share with all of my readers. What a fun way to fill in all the gaps while Disney vacationing! First thing I did was message her for her blessing to share it here-- well actually that was the second thing I did because the first thing I did after I finished watching was restart the video and show it to my husband! ;) I love the song choice and the shots in this video. Over and over I thought to myself "Wow what a great way to pass the time between fastpasses or when waiting on rides!" I could not get over how creative and just how FUN this is!
After talking a little more with the family I have a nice bit of background on how this video came to be:
The lovely Fischer Family visits Walt Disney World once or twice a year and the kids have been going to the parks since before they were born! The idea for the video came when Andrea was watching vacation videos on YouTube and after discussing with her Hubby they decided they would try it themselves. As soon as they heard "Good Time" they knew it would be perfect for their video! Although her son was hesitant (and clearly her daughter was not! lol!) the whole family got on board with being silly in front of complete strangers. And as Andrea said herself "It actually enhanced the fun. We shot footage wherever we went and sang the song or mouthed the words."
And for the specifics: It was shot in late November/early December 2012 using a Canon Rebel T3i camera.
I don't know about you but I adore this video and it inspires me to get creative with my own videos in the parks! :)

Do You Vinyl?
I snapped this pic for a scrapbook so I would remember years and years from now how into Vinylmation I was right now! The last few years they were a great source of fun for me as well as a way to bridge time between trips and commemorate different events. I haven't gotten a Vinyl since October but even if my collecting starts to stop I will always love these guys and D-Street in Downtown Disney!

Lego Art
I think I have around 100 pictures of the same Lego sculptures! Talk about dreams come true! My wildest childhood dreams never included a Lego Loch Ness!
