Disney Plus Rolls Out on November 12

Disney just announced details on their much anticipated streaming service Disney Plus!

Disney Plus will roll out on November 12, 2019.  It will set you back $6.99 a month which comes to $69.99 a year.  
Users will have a menu of choices from Disney's various franchises including Disney, Marvel. Pixar, Star Wars and National Geographic.


It's no secret that Disney Plus will boast an impressive library of films but it will also dive into fresh new programming.  


Some of the new Disney Plus program offerings include:

Disney:

  • Disney documentary:  Into the Unknown: Making Frozen 2

Star Wars:  

  • The Mandalorian- the first live action Star Wars series from Jon Favreau
  • Untitled prequel to Rogue One- starring Diego Luna

Pixar:

Marvel: A few series revolving around popular Marvel characters

  • Loki, 
  • Hawkeye  
  • The Falcon and The Winter Soldier
  • WandaVision

National Geographic:

  • The World According to Jeff Goldblum
  • Magic of the Animal Kingdom

Former Fox Properties:

  • The Simpsons!
  • The Princess Bride
  • The Sound of Music

Originals:

  • High School Musical The Series 
  • A Phineas and Ferb Movie
  • Live Action Lady and the Tramp (Oh my!)
  • Untitled Disney Imagineer documentary series
And so much more!

Disney+ will be available to stream through smart TVs, web browsers, on tablets and mobile devices, and game consoles.

  1. Will that fee be for all your devices? OR will you have to pay for each device? We have 5 cell phones, 2 TVs, 5 computers, 2 ipads. I only do Netflix currently - if $6.99 for ALL my devices, might be worth it.
