Disney has announced that Cuties clementines are now the official citrus of Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.
Starting this fall, Cuties will become available in several areas of the resorts. Cuties will be available from fruit carts, grab-and-go locations, and at quick-service restaurants. You will be able to have your Cuties as stand alone snacks as well as a side option for meals at select quick-service dining locations.This will give families another healthy snack option in the parks.
“Cuties and Disney Parks is a natural fit because so many kids and parents love both Cuties and Disney,” Berne Evans, Sun Pacific CEO, said in the release. “Cuties are a nutritious, sweet snack that are easy for families to enjoy on-the-go while they create lifelong memories at Disney Parks. We’re excited to be a part of that iconic vacation experience.”
According to Sun Pacific Marketing, Cuties branding will be introduced in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disneyland Resort. The number of Disney properties involved in the agreement is substantial, including eight theme parks (including two water parks) and more than three dozen hotels.
“Disney Parks works to create magical, unforgettable experiences for families in everything we do,” Carlos Castro, vice president of Disney Corporate Alliances, said in the news release. “This includes aligning with brands that families know and love. We are happy to be providing Cuties as a healthy food option that the whole family can enjoy.”
