The Hollywood Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios

If you love great food and old Hollywood charm, make a reservation at the Hollywood Brown Derby.

The restaurant is adorned with caricatures of Hollywood’s most famous celebrities. The décor is rich dark paneling, against light walls, and a sunken dining room.

This restaurant is modeled after the famous restaurant from Los Angeles of the same name which was the birthplace of the cobb salad.  Nobody does it better! It might seem odd to mention a salad in a review, but try it. You’ll understand why. The Brown Derby is also known for its grapefruit cake with cream cheese frosting. I have eaten various meals there – and it remains one of my all time favorite restaurants.

New to the Brown Derby is the outdoor Brown Derby Lounge, which serves specialty drinks and tapas.

The Brown Derby is one of three restaurants at Hollywood Studios, which offers a pairing of dinner and reserved seating for Fantasmic (make sure to reserve well in advance). Best advice regarding the Brown Derby – Don’t miss it!
