Disney's New Adaptive Halloween Costumes Bring The Magic

Halloween is going to be extra magical and inclusive for everyone this year thanks to Disney.

Disney is spreading the pixie dust to help everyone enjoy Halloween a little more this year. Now everyone can dress up as a fun superhero or princess with a little more ease. Disney's first- ever adaptive role-play costume line is currently available at Shop Disney 


The collection includes two wheelchair wraps and three FUNtastic yet FUNctional costumes.

Wheel Chair Wraps- 

The wheelchair cover sets fit standard wheelchairs (24-inch wheels) and come with supportive plastic piping pieces for added stability and a long self-stick fabric strips to help keep the pieces in place.

Kids' Costumes- Available in sizes S- XL:

The costumes are designed with stretch fabric with back openings for easier dressing. They are designed in longer lengths for wheel chair friendly wear and include a discreet (self stick fabric closure) opening in front to accommodate tube access.

One of my favorite times to visit the Disney Parks is during Halloween season. It's an especially fun time of the year and I always wish it would last longer.
I am so happy that Disney has brought these adaptive costumes to market. They will help make Halloween more special for the kids who wear them as well as bring a little extra sparkle when worn on an ordinary day.  After all... whoever said it has to be Halloween to live your best imaginative life?
